Sean Sullivan is a trusted member of the Authentic Property Management team joining Greg and Julianne nearly a decade ago. Sean started his Property Management profession as a principal property owner and developer. Those origins have given Sean a unique skill of having familiarity with construction and land use planning. The experience of managing low income housing has added to his depth of knowledge. His Bachelor’s Degrees from Fairfield University have given him the basis for great communication both in verse and writing. Sean has also been HUD Certified in Property Manager since 2009 and has extensive experience in reporting /collections/audits and other REAC requirements . Sean is currently managing multi family homes in Santa Cruz County while building a client base of happy property owners.
