Originally named Authentic Real Estate and Property Management, the company underwent a name change in 2023 to reflect its complimentary, yet individually offered services of property management, real estate sales, and mortgage origination all under one roof, simply Authentic Properties.
Greg Flowers, the founder of Authentic Properties, began his career as a stockbroker and finance manager in 1985, he then became licensed as a mortgage originator in 1994 and a real estate broker in 1996. After the real estate bust in 2008, he became a property manager to diversify his income, but soon learned that he developed a breadth of knowledge that allowed him to offer his clients unparalleled expertise and insight.
After a distinguished career of 15 years in the mortgage and real estate industry, Greg Flowers founded Authentic Properties in 2009 to leverage this expertise and provide a full suite of real estate solutions that can be individually offered under one roof:
